By accessing or using Direct Apps services (including Direct Invoice), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms are shown in-app. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your platform account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfering with service integrity, availability, or security

5. Intellectual Property

The service, branding, and related materials are owned by Direct Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also update these terms as needed; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direct Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
